Clinton Hafley is a licensed broker, realtor, and general contractor with more than two decades of experience serving the Greater St. Louis area’s real estate market. Currently, he works with Hafley Real Estate as the Designated Broker where he uses his background in both selling and building homes to help his clients achieve their property goals. The neighborhoods he specifically caters to include: Ballwin, Berger, Catawissa, Chesterfield, Eureka, Fenton, Gray Summit, Imperial, Labadie, Lake St. Louis, Pacific, Robertsville, St. Clair, St. Louis, Sullivan, Union, Villa Ridge, Washington and Wildwood.
During his career, Clinton has held roles managing nearly every stage of the real estate lifecycle—from breaking ground to closing sales to property management. Before creating Hafley Real Estate he founded “The Hafley Group” at Coldwell Banker Gundaker with his wife, Michelle, where he successfully facilitated 50-100 real estate transactions per year. He also worked as a sales associate at Route 66 Realtors, where he not only listed and sold more than 100 properties per year but also performed more than 250 initial and monthly price-adjustment inspections on homes owned by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Clinton leverages his background in dealing with HUD foreclosures and bank-owned properties to provide his clients with turnkey services and solutions, particularly when valuing the potential ROI of fixer-uppers, renovations, investment properties, and rentals.
In his free time, Clinton enjoys spending time with his wife (who is also a realtor), their two daughters, Border Collie, Copper, and their cat Bailey. Additionally, he enjoys traveling and rooting for the St. Louis Blues and of course, St. Louis City SC.
